The client is an enterprise in the washed quartz sand processing field and needed to build a new washed quartz sand production line with a designed annual output of 600,000 tons. However, they faced multiple challenges such as high mud content in the raw ore, large washing water consumption, and strict environmental emission requirements. We provided full-process services covering technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping, installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout in accordance with local standards. The project was successfully put into operation in November 2024, with the entire line running stably, environmental emissions meeting standards, the annual output of 600,000 tons achievable, and both the equipment process and safety protection passing acceptance.
