The client is an enterprise in the high-purity quartz sand processing field and needed to build a new high-purity quartz sand production line with a designed annual output of 150,000 tons. However, they faced multiple challenges such as controlling the iron content of raw ore, stabilizing particle size grading, and strict requirements for acid washing and environmental protection treatment. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, and cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
