The client is an enterprise in the photovoltaic sand processing field and needed to build a new photovoltaic sand production line with a designed annual output of 1 million tons. However, they faced multiple challenges such as controlling the iron content of raw ore, stabilizing particle size distribution, and meeting strict high-purity and environmental protection requirements. We provided full-process services covering technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping, installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up visits, and optimized the environmental protection configuration and equipment layout according to local standards. The project was successfully put into operation in March 2024, with the entire line running stably, environmental emissions meeting standards, the annual output of 1 million tons being achieved, and the equipment process and safety protection both passing acceptance.
