Frac Sand Production Line
The fracturing sand production line is a complete quartz sand beneficiation line developed for oilfield petroleum fracturing proppants, with a key focus on controlling the roundness, compressive strength, and grain shape of the finished particles, strictly controlling impurity content, and producing quartz fracturing sand products that meet oilfield usage standards.
Applicable raw materials: mainly high-hardness quartzite and vein quartz ore, with priority given to quartz raw ore with high hardness and low brittleness.
Process flow: raw ore crushing → wet rod mill grinding for sand making → CX scrubber for strong scrubbing and desliming to remove clay coatings → SF hydraulic classifier and SZ hindered settling machine for particle size classification → multi-stage wet magnetic separation for iron removal (CTB permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator, LHC vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator) → LXS spiral chute for further separation and purification → DTS vibrating dewatering screen for dewatering → NM thickener for slurry recovery → BK high-pressure diaphragm plate-and-frame filter press for dry tailings discharge → HGS three-return rotary drum dryer for drying → YBF square swing screen for precise classification and screening, separating multiple grades of finished fracturing sand. A flotation section can be added as needed to further reduce feldspar impurities.
Output products: 20-40 mesh, 30-50 mesh, 40-70 mesh and other commonly used oilfield specification fracturing quartz sand, with rounded particles and compliant compressive performance.
Finished product applications: oil and shale gas extraction, used as downhole fracturing proppant for supporting fractures in oil and gas wells to enhance oil and gas recovery.
Capacity range: customized capacity of 20-130t/h, with complete line process layout based on raw ore hardness and finished product particle size specifications. EPC turnkey services are available, covering process design, equipment manufacturing, and on-site installation and commissioning.
Product advantages: rod mill sand making controls particle grain shape and reduces needle-like and flake-like particles; multi-stage separation and purification reduces harmful impurities; wet production generates low dust; drying + swing screen fine classification ensures finished product screening precision; the entire production line uses filter-pressed dry discharge for tailings slurry, meeting environmental production requirements; the process can be flexibly adjusted and configured according to different oilfield specification requirements.
