Photovoltaic Sand Production Line

The photovoltaic sand production line is a complete quartz sand deep purification production line specially built for raw materials of photovoltaic quartz crucibles. In response to the extremely stringent control standards of the photovoltaic industry for impurity elements, it focuses on reducing harmful elements such as iron, potassium, sodium, and lithium, avoiding the risk of later crucible crystallization, and producing photovoltaic quartz sand dedicated to crucibles.

Applicable raw materials: carefully selected high-grade vein quartz raw ore. The raw ore itself requires strict control of associated impurities, and preliminary laboratory testing and screening of raw materials is particularly critical.

Process flow: raw ore coarse crushing, fine crushing, wet rod mill sand making, CX scrubbing machine strong scrubbing to strip disseminated impurities on the ore surface, SF hydraulic classifier, SZ hindered settling machine multi-stage hydraulic classification desliming, multi-stage series magnetic separation (PBC permanent magnet wet plate magnetic separator, DCJ electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator, LHC vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator), multi-stage strong magnetic deep iron removal, SCF flotation machine flotation to remove feldspar and mica associated minerals, DTS vibrating dewatering screen pre-dewatering, NM thickener slurry concentration, BK high-pressure diaphragm plate-and-frame filter press dewatering, HGS three-pass rotary drum dryer drying, YBF square swing screen fine classification and screening; it can be equipped with an acid washing section (configured by the customer on site) to further remove surface-disseminated metal impurities.

Output products: 40-120 mesh photovoltaic crucible dedicated quartz sand, high-purity grade, with strict control of trace impurity indicators.

Finished product use: quartz crucibles for monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon ingot casting, the core raw material for photovoltaic new energy silicon material melting containers.

Capacity range: customized capacity 5-55t/h; photovoltaic sand production lines place more emphasis on purification precision, and a single line generally does not pursue ultra-large capacity; the entire process is customized according to the ore assay report, and EPC general contracting can be undertaken, with one-stop delivery of process design, equipment manufacturing, and on-site installation and commissioning.

Product advantages: adopts a combined purification process of multi-stage classification + multi-stage strong magnetic separation + flotation to deeply remove weakly magnetic minerals and feldspar impurities; the equipment interior can be protected against contamination to reduce secondary introduction of impurities during production; multi-stage hydraulic classification precisely controls particle shape and particle size; the entire wet process is equipped with slurry filter pressing and dry discharge to meet environmental production requirements; the number of magnetic separation stages and flotation time can be flexibly adjusted according to raw ore assay results to adapt to the purification of raw materials of different grades.
