Core Process Advantages
The complete solution adopts the mature wet-process core processes of crushing and sand making + scrubbing and desliming + multi-stage hydraulic classification + multi-stage strong magnetic iron removal + flotation purification + dewatering and drying + fine screening. High-end scenarios are equipped with acid-washing deep purification processes, and powder scenarios adopt dry ultrafine grinding and airflow classification processes. Throughout the entire process, common production challenges such as high quartz ore mud content, high iron impurities, excessive feldspar and mica, uneven particle shape, and insufficient purity are solved. The finished product's purity, particle size, whiteness, and compressive strength can all reach industry standards.
Environmentally Friendly Intelligent Production
