Ultrafine Silica Powder Production Line
The ultrafine silica powder production line is mainly used for ultrafine grinding and classification of quartz raw materials. It adopts a dry grinding + airflow classification process to process quartz sand into ultrafine silica powder products of different particle sizes, achieving precise control of powder particle size and reducing iron-containing impurities. It is a dedicated complete production line for deep processing of quartz powder.
Applicable raw materials: refined quartz sand semi-finished products, high-purity quartz sand particles; clean quartz sand raw materials that have already undergone wet purification and iron removal are preferred.
Process flow: qualified quartz sand feeding → MQX dry fine powder ball mill (or vertical sand making machine) ultrafine grinding → QF vertical airflow classifier multi-stage wind classification → LC automatic weighing feeder quantitative feeding → YBF square swing screen auxiliary screening; equipped with RCYD permanent magnetic suspension iron remover and CXG high-intensity permanent magnetic roller magnetic separator for dry iron removal, separating iron impurities introduced during the grinding process; after classification, powders of different fineness are collected and bagged separately. The entire system is equipped with dust collection equipment to achieve dust collection in dry production.
Output products: 200-3000 mesh multi-specification ultrafine silica powder, capable of producing ordinary silica powder and high-purity silica powder.
Finished product applications: epoxy molding compounds, epoxy resin casting materials, coatings and paints, rubber and plastic filling, insulating composite materials, refractory castables and other industries.
Capacity range: customized capacity 1-35t/h; ball mill and airflow classifier configurations are adjusted according to target fineness, the finer the fineness, the lower the capacity; we can undertake complete line process planning, equipment configuration, installation and commissioning services.
Product advantages: dry closed-circuit grinding and classification, no water required, no slurry wastewater treatment; high airflow classification precision, controllable particle size distribution; equipped with multiple dry iron removal devices to reduce iron contamination introduced during the grinding process; product fineness can be flexibly switched, one production line outputs powders of multiple mesh sizes; the entire system is dust-collected and sealed, with good dust control.
