The client is an enterprise in the silica sand processing field and needed to build a new silica sand production line with a designed annual output of 800,000 tons. However, they faced multiple challenges such as high mud content in the raw ore, difficult particle size gradation control, and strict environmental emission requirements. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping, to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards. The project was successfully put into operation in October 2026, with the entire line running stably, environmental emissions meeting standards, the annual output of 800,000 tons achievable, and the equipment processes and safety protection all passing acceptance.
