The quartz sand wet processing production line is a mainstream complete wet beneficiation and purification solution for quartz ore. Targeting raw ores such as quartzite and vein quartz, it uses water as the medium to complete the entire beneficiation process of grinding, scrubbing and desliming, classification, iron removal, and dewatering. It effectively strips clay and muddy impurities from the ore surface and removes weakly magnetic iron-bearing mica minerals, yielding finished sand with high cleanliness and good particle morphology.

Applicable raw materials: quartzite ore, vein quartz raw ore, and also suitable for purification of natural silica sand raw materials.

Process flow: raw ore crushing → wet rod mill sand making → CX scrubbing machine intensive scrubbing and desliming → hydraulic classifier and hindered settling machine particle size classification → multi-stage wet magnetic separation for iron removal (combined iron removal with permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator and vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator) → vibrating dewatering screen dewatering → thickener for tailings slurry treatment → filter press for dry tailings discharge; optional flotation configuration for further removal of feldspar impurities, with a dryer at the back end to complete the drying process. Production wastewater can be recycled after sedimentation treatment, and tailings are centrally filter-pressed and dry-discharged, reducing environmental treatment pressure.

Output products: 20-140 mesh refined quartz sand in multiple specifications. Depending on process configuration, it can produce plate glass sand, float glass sand, and semi-finished petroleum fracturing sand.

Applications of finished products: float glass, daily-use glass, plate glass, refractory materials, oilfield fracturing proppants, and other industries.

Capacity range: customizable processing scales from 10-150 t/h. The entire process layout and equipment configuration can be flexibly adjusted according to raw ore grade, customer site conditions, and product specifications. One-stop services including EPC full-line process design, equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning are available.

Product advantages: wet scrubbing and desliming is more effective than dry processes, with excellent iron impurity removal; precise particle size classification; suitable for quartz raw ores of different grades; the entire equipment set allows adding or removing flotation and drying stages as needed, flexibly adapting to different customers' finished product specification requirements.
