High-Purity Quartz Sand Production Line
The high-purity quartz sand production line is a complete deep-purification production line designed for the high-end photovoltaic and semiconductor fields. Using high-quality vein quartz raw ore as raw material, it undergoes multiple purification processes including multi-stage scrubbing, classification, strong magnetic iron removal, and flotation to minimize the content of impurities such as iron, aluminum, potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium, producing high-purity quartz sand products that meet the stringent specifications for photovoltaic crucibles and semiconductor quartz products.
Applicable raw materials: high-quality vein quartz ore, selected low-impurity quartzite; high requirements are placed on the ore quality of the raw material itself.
Process flow: raw ore coarse crushing and fine crushing → wet rod mill grinding for sand making → CX high-intensity scrubbing machine for surface impurity stripping → hydraulic classifier and hindered settling classifier for multi-stage particle size separation → multi-stage magnetic separation (permanent magnet wet plate magnetic separator, electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator, and LHC vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator connected in series for multi-stage iron removal) → SCF flotation machine for flotation removal of feldspar and mica impurities → dewatering screen + thickener for solid-liquid separation → plate-and-frame filter press for dewatering → three-pass rotary drum dryer for drying → square swing screen for fine screening and classification. An acid washing stage can be added according to final specifications (customer site provision). The entire process can be configured for full-process wet purification.
Output products: 30-120 mesh high-purity quartz sand; can produce high-purity sand for photovoltaic crucibles and quartz glass sand, with SiO₂ purity reaching 99.9% or above.
Applications of finished products: photovoltaic quartz crucibles, semiconductor quartz components, high-end quartz glass, optical quartz materials, and other high-tech industries.
Capacity range: customized capacity 5-60t/h; high-purity production lines have high requirements for classification and iron removal precision, and generally do not offer oversized single-line capacity. Process solutions are customized based on ore assay reports, providing one-stop EPC services from process design and equipment manufacturing to on-site installation and commissioning.
Product advantages: multi-stage series-connected strong magnetic iron removal combined with flotation process for deep removal of weakly magnetic minerals and feldspar impurities; multi-stage hydraulic classification for strict control of particle shape and size; full-process equipment material selection can be treated for prevention of secondary contamination; the number of magnetic separation stages and flotation reagent regime can be flexibly adjusted based on raw ore assay data to precisely match product purity specifications.
