The client is an enterprise in the gold ore beneficiation field and needed to purchase a set of thickeners for the tailings concentration and dewatering process, with a processing capacity of 120 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as slow settling of fine tailings particles, high flocculant consumption, and the impact of low winter temperatures on settling efficiency. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping, to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
