The client is an enterprise in the zircon sand beneficiation field and needed to build a new spiral chute gravity separation production line with a designed annual output of 500,000 tons. However, they faced multiple challenges such as low separation efficiency between heavy minerals and gangue, fluctuating recovery rates, and unstable feed concentration. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping, to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards. The project was successfully put into operation in June 2025, with the entire line running stably, environmental emissions meeting standards, the annual output of 500,000 tons achievable, and both equipment processes and safety protection passing acceptance.
