The customer is an enterprise in the feldspar processing field and needed to purchase a set of permanent-magnet wet drum magnetic separators for the iron removal process in wet slurry, with a processing capacity of 60 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as incomplete removal of weakly magnetic impurities in the slurry, long-term wear of the drum, and iron removal efficiency fluctuating with material variations. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, and cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning and after-sales follow-up, and optimized environmental configuration and equipment layout according to local standards. The equipment was successfully put into operation in February 2025, runs stably, meets environmental emission standards, achieves the processing capacity of 60 tons/hour, and both the equipment process and safety protection have passed acceptance.
