Photovoltaic glass sand processing enterprises have recently encountered thorny production challenges: in the wet slurry iron removal process, weakly magnetic impurities are not thoroughly removed, coil temperature rises abnormally during continuous operation, and iron removal efficiency fluctuates with material variations, seriously affecting product quality and production efficiency. To solve these problems, we provided the enterprise with full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, and also optimized environmental protection configurations and equipment layout in accordance with local standards. In March 2025, the customized DCJ-1250F electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator was successfully put into operation, with stable equipment operation, compliant environmental emissions, and a processing capacity of 30 tons/hour fully achieved; the equipment process and safety protection both passed acceptance.
