The square gyratory sifter is also called a reciprocating vibrating screen. Its working principle is as follows: after the gyratory sifter is started, the shaking body of the equipment, i.e. the screen box, performs back-and-forth reciprocating motion under the action of inertial force. The screen box and the screen surface move as one body in periodic shaking, causing the material on the screen surface to move together with the screen box in a directional jumping motion. During this process, material smaller than the screen aperture falls through the screen holes to the lower layer and becomes undersize material, while material larger than the screen aperture is discharged from the discharge outlet after continuous tumbling and jumping motion, finally completing the screening work.
The square gyratory sifter series is a high-efficiency screening equipment developed and designed for users with high output and high precision requirements. In the quartz sand industry, it is widely used for fine screening of quartz plate sand and petroleum fracturing sand. At the same time, it is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, mining, feed, food and many other industries. It is especially suitable for heavy soda, salt, resin, compound fertilizer, large and small particle urea, feed, reduced iron powder, zirconia, ceramsite, barite, etc.
