The client is an enterprise in the fluorite beneficiation field and needed to purchase a set of hydraulic classifiers for the particle size classification process of ore pulp after grinding, with a processing capacity of 70 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as fluctuations in classification particle size, coarse particles escaping in the fine fraction, and unstable hydraulic sedimentation control. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
