The customer is an enterprise in the ceramic raw material processing field and needed to purchase a set of ball mills for the raw material grinding process, with a processing capacity of 20 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as a narrow on-site construction space, overlapping operations between equipment hoisting and foundation construction, and high dust control requirements. We provided full-process services from technical coordination, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards. The equipment was successfully put into operation in May 2025, running stably, with environmental emissions meeting standards, the processing capacity of 20 tons/hour achievable, and both equipment processes and safety protection passing acceptance.
