The client is an enterprise in the quartz sand processing field and needed to purchase a set of permanent-magnet wet plate magnetic separators for the wet slurry iron removal process, with a processing capacity of 40 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as incomplete removal of fine-grained magnetic impurities, fluctuations in adsorption efficiency of the plate magnetic system during long-term operation, and unstable iron content in the slurry after iron removal.
