The customer is an enterprise in the graphite processing field and needed to purchase a set of flotation machines for the graphite flotation purification process, with a processing capacity of 30 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as high graphite purity requirements, difficult-to-float impurities, and poor reagent selectivity. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping, to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
