The client is an enterprise in the feldspar processing field and needed to purchase a set of DCJ-520F electromagnetic slurry magnetic separators for the wet slurry iron removal process, with a processing capacity of 15 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as incomplete removal of weakly magnetic impurities in the slurry, coil temperature rise during continuous operation, and iron removal efficiency fluctuating with material variations. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
