The customer is an enterprise in the quartz sand processing field and needed to purchase a set of ball mills for the quartz sand grinding process, with a processing capacity of 50 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as high quartz sand hardness, low grinding efficiency, rapid liner wear, and fluctuations in finished product fineness. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
