The dewatering screen used in the wet process production line adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology, with universal eccentric blocks and adjustable-amplitude vibrators. It mainly consists of a screen box, exciters, a support system, and motors. The two independent vibrators rotate synchronously in opposite directions; the centrifugal forces generated by the two sets of eccentric masses add up along the vibration direction, while the opposite-direction centrifugal forces cancel each other out, thereby forming a single vibration along the vibration direction that drives the screen box in a reciprocating linear motion.
The client is an enterprise in the kaolin processing field and needed to purchase a set of vibrating dewatering screens for the concentrate dewatering process in a wet production line, with a processing capacity of 60 tons/hour. However, they faced multiple challenges such as high slurry moisture content, difficulty in dewatering fine-grained materials, and unstable filter cake moisture content. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, and cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards.
