The acid washing reactor is a multifunctional pickling equipment that integrates rotation, mixing, heating, and insulation functions. Through rotation, the materials inside the reactor can be fully mixed with the acid solution, ensuring comprehensive processing of the materials. This equipment offers multiple advantages, including reasonable structure, easy operation, high production efficiency, excellent purification results, high acid recovery rate, and environmental friendliness. It is especially suitable for producing low-iron materials, such as ultra-high-purity quartz sand. This advanced pickling production equipment has been widely used in industries such as mining, pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, glass, and textiles.
Working Principle
Driven by the motor, the reactor performs a rotating motion. One side of the tank is equipped with a feeding port and an acid injection pipe, used to add materials and acid solution into the tank. Subsequently, all pipeline connectors are sealed to ensure airtightness. Then, heat transfer oil is delivered by a transfer pump from the heating container into the gap between the reactor's jacket and the reaction tank. The heat transfer oil enters the jacket through a rotary joint, providing the required heat for the reaction tank. The reactor operates automatically according to preset speed, temperature, and time. After the pickling process is completed, the acid solution is filtered and discharged through the drain pipe. Then, the liquid inlet valve is opened, and an appropriate amount of clean water is injected into the reactor for multiple rounds of water washing. Finally, the materials inside the reactor are discharged and dried.
