A high-temperature chlorination furnace is a device that performs chlorination reactions under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Working Principle
The working principle of the high-temperature chlorination furnace is to utilize the chemical reaction between chlorides and impurities in quartz sand at high temperatures to generate easily volatile chlorides, thereby achieving impurity removal. First, high-purity quartz sand needs to be obtained as a raw material and subjected to crushing and screening to ensure particle uniformity and appropriate particle size. Subsequently, the finely ground quartz sand is mixed with a chlorinating agent (such as sodium chloride or aluminum chloride) and placed in a high-temperature reaction furnace for chlorination reaction. At high temperatures, chlorine gas reacts chemically with impurities in the quartz sand to generate easily volatile chlorides, thereby achieving impurity removal.
