The DCJ series electromagnetic slurry high-gradient magnetic separator is the latest magnetic separation product developed by our company. With a background magnetic field of up to 1.5T and a large magnetic field gradient, it can be equipped with a variety of specially made magnetically conductive stainless steel media to meet the beneficiation needs of different regions and different types of minerals.
Advantages and Features
1. Unique electromagnetic coil design and efficient cooling method.
The excitation coil of the electromagnetic slurry high-gradient magnetic separator is cooled by fully sealed cooling oil, and an external high-efficiency heat exchanger performs oil-water heat exchange, achieving combined oil-water cooling with fast cooling speed, low temperature rise, and stable magnetic field.
2. The separation media generate an extremely high magnetic field gradient, resulting in better iron removal.
The media are made of specially made magnetically conductive stainless steel material, which can generate an extremely high gradient magnetic field under the excitation of the background magnetic field. It has a strong adsorption effect on low-content weakly magnetic impurities, resulting in better iron removal.
3. Fully automatic operation with low operating and maintenance costs.
The working process of this equipment is controlled by an automated program, enabling unattended fully automatic operation and reducing operating and maintenance costs.
4. High-pressure water forward and reverse flushing, clean iron removal, no residue.
When the equipment removes iron, high-pressure water is used to clean the media, resulting in clean iron discharge. The cleaning time can be set separately according to different minerals and different iron removal stages, improving processing efficiency.
