The customer is an enterprise in the powder processing field and needed to build a new vertical air classifier production line with a designed annual output of 50,000 tons. However, they faced multiple challenges such as unstable classification precision, uneven finished product fineness, and non-compliant dust emissions. We provided full-process services from technical consultation, customized design, production quality control, cross-border shipping to installation and commissioning, and after-sales follow-up, optimizing environmental protection configurations and equipment layout according to local standards. The project was successfully put into operation in September 2025, with the entire line running stably, environmental emissions meeting standards, the annual output of 50,000 tons achievable, and both equipment processes and safety protection passing acceptance.
